When clicking the download link, the link opens a new tab, but nothing shows up, and no file is downloaded (IE)

    1. Try a different browser, like Firefox or Google Chrome (and not Internet Explorer).
    2. If using Internet Explorer, right click the link and choose "copy shortcut". Open a new browser window or tab. Right-click and choose "paste short-cut" and paste it into the URL (where is usually says www.example.com). If this does not work, see #1 above.

      Hi JC,

Did you succeed with the download?  I reset your download link, and replied with advice in an email.  Please let me know if you are up and running.
