Full Moon and Star Visibility?

    Does SN7 Pro Plus display the effect of bright moonlight on the visible sky?

    I was thinking about using limiting magnitude but that wouldn't vary with distance from the moon.

    I can't seem to find anything. Did I miss something in preferences?

      Hi Pertman, 

       

      Starry Night Pro Plus 7 does not take into account the brightness of the Moon on the night sky.  However, there is an option for Light Pollution that may help you to better simulate what you see on any particular night.

       

      Search in the Pro Plus 7 application for "light pollution" (enter it in the search field) and also look it up in the User Guide.
