How Come In App Purchases Will Not Install - Stuck At 4%? (Answer: App Updated Required For Fix)

I recently installed SkySafari 7.1.3 on my iPad (9th generation) running iPad IOS 15.6.1 with 136GB storage space available.

I can't install the In App Purchases (Gaia Star Database, Apollo Lunar Missions, PGC Galaxy Database). They began to download but are now stuck at 0.1%, 4.3% and 4.6% respectively.

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app and tried the "Restore Purchases" option but nothing changes.

On reading this forum, I see others have had the same problem in the past.

Is there a known fix?

  Same here.  I click on GAIA Star Database  In-App Downloads and nothing happens.  Might be because my ipad is in a family plan??  If I click on Restore Purchases nothing happens either.
