Can I Connect SkySafari 5 Plus + SkyFi 3 + iOptron MiniTower With 8401 Hand Controller? (Answer: Yes)

I have an early version iOptron MiniTower. The 8401 hand controller has a USB connection. Can I connect the SkyFi 3 directly to that and be good to go with SkySafari 5 Plus for Android?

  It works for me. Connected using Google Pixel 3 with Sky Safari.
