It seems I've been reading nothing but dumb questions and rants regarding some of your products by so-called experts and "experienced software engineers" who can't get their systems working and are blaming you, your products, your cables, your connectors, your manuals, your instructions, etc. etc.
Today I had another chance to experience for myself what great products you make and offer. For the first time in two years, I pulled out an old iOptron MiniTower Pro, SkyFi-3, and my Android tablet running SkySafari-5 PRO. I connected the cables, turned power ON, logged onto the SkyFi-3, launched SkySafari-5 PRO, configured it to this old mount, and tapped CONNECT. In a couple of seconds I was connected and controlling the mount.
I told it to GOTO comet C/2015 V2 -- and it went. And that was the whole purpose for this little exercise, to GOTO a new comet that doesn't exist in my mount's very old database.
What more could I ask for? Great stuff, and thanks so much for making it.
