I have a Celestron evaluation 6 and I am using the WiFi method to control the scope , I live in Australia and when I do alignment the WiFi / Skyportal program wants to start from the north ,can I change this so I can start from the south

I've asked Celestron about this and they claim the software should use the user's location to do the right thing. It sounds like this isn't working for you.
What type of mount do you have and what type of alignment are you doing?
You should probably contact Celestron Support about this. They will be able to help you more than we can.
