Keiron Smith Official comment Unfortunately, Apple's iOS 11 breaks compatibility with SkySafari 3.
SkySafari 5 is compatible with iOS 11 and is available as an upgrade option right now. To help our SkySafari 3 users (getting iOS 11) to upgrade for an economical price SkySafari 5 is 50% OFF at this time!
www.skysafariastronomy.comWe are currently developing SkySafari 6 - which when released at year's end will also be compatible with iOS 11.
Thank you for your understanding, and for supporting the continued development of SkySafari software.

wtxnitz Are you running an old version of Sky Safari? iOS 11 will not run 32bit apps anymore. I would guess SSP has been 64 bit for a good while.

Bill Tschumy You must be running SkySafari 3.x or earlier. SkySafari has been a 64 bit app for over 4 years now. However, it is a paid upgrade to go from SkySafari 3 to 5. To ease the pain we have put SkySafari for iOS on a half price sale for the indefinite future.

Ryan Breidel I was able to use the app a few week ago, now I'm getting the same message as Roy. :-\

Bill Tschumy Sorry, but Apple has discontinued support for 32 bit apps. You will need to upgrade.
