SkySafari 3 vs iOS 11 (Upgrade Required)

my Sky Safari Pro will not open with iOS 11, stating it needs an upgrade.

    Unfortunately, Apple's iOS 11 breaks compatibility with SkySafari 3. 

    SkySafari 5 is compatible with iOS 11 and is available as an upgrade option right now.  To help our SkySafari 3 users (getting iOS 11) to upgrade for an economical price SkySafari 5 is 50% OFF at this time!

    Are you running an old version of Sky Safari? iOS 11 will not run 32bit apps anymore. I would guess SSP has been 64 bit for a good while.

    You must be running SkySafari 3.x or earlier.  SkySafari has been a 64 bit app for over 4 years now.  However, it is a paid upgrade to go from SkySafari 3 to 5.  To ease the pain we have put SkySafari for iOS on a half price sale for the indefinite future.

    I was able to use the app a few week ago, now I'm getting the same message as Roy.  :-\

    Sorry, but Apple has discontinued support for 32 bit apps.  You will need to upgrade.
