Starry Nite 7Pro to Ioptron cem60

Can’t get my Ioptron cem 60 mount to work on sn 7 . Have followed all the settings for windows (7) but the telescope controller will not recognize the Hand controller settings.

Have tried Various mount types and even different scopes to no avail, skyFi works OK but the SN7 wont connect to the controller.
Have downloaded the Sky safari Pro 5 on my apple tablet and it worked right off the bat , no fuss or hassles.
Sorry now that I didn’t get the apple version of sn7 but need my Windows laptop for the field .
Very frustrated and disappointed that I can’t get it talking to each other.

Have switched over to the Ioptron commander for control , which seems to work fine ?
