  My downloading of Starry Nites is interrupted on my Microsoft Surface Windows 10 and stopped . I updated graphics driver but it was already up to date . Any suggestions ?

  1. What is the last thing you see and do before encountering difficulty?
  2. Please attach a screenshot of the error message, if there is one.  Please show your desktop with Starry Night running in the background so I can see at what point this occurs.
