When I compare the sky safari pro sky chart with digital sky survey images I have noticed that many stars of magnitude 14+ to 16 are missing in SSP data base. Is that normal or my settings are wrong? I do have settings for the star magnitude set to maximum.

Bill Tschumy The Guide Star Catalog (GSC) often misses dimmer stars near bright stars. It is not a SkySafari error, just the way the catalog is done. In SkySafari 6 we are switching to using the UCAC5 catalog. I think it will be better in this respect.
