If I Purchased SkySafari 7 Pro Do I Also Need To Purchase The Premium Subscription? (Answer: No, SS7 Is Complete - The Premium Subscription Is An Add-On)

I purchased a subscription to Sky Safari 7 Pro on the Apple App Store. When I open the app and try one of the premium sections, it doesn’t give me access and wants me to purchase a subscription again. When I click on “restore purchase”, it tells me it can’t find a purchase to restore. And yet, the purchase appear on my purchase history under my Apple ID. I contacted Apple. They say the transaction appears as a one time purchase instead of a subscription on their side, and suggested I contact the app developer. I paid $19.99 on 3/4/2023. My Apple credit card was charged.
