Can Starry Night Pro 8 On MacOS Connect Directly To The iOptron CEM70G Built-In WiFi? (Answer: No - Read On!)

Does anyone know how to connect Starry Night pro to an iOptron CEM70G mount via Wifi?  I can't find any information on how to do this.  I'm able to connect to the mount on Windows 11 using TheSky and also using iOptron commander 2017 both wirelessly and also using a USB cable.  This makes me think it is software related or I'm just not understanding how to set up the protocols.

  Sorry, but Starry Night does not support a direct WiFi connection to the iOptron CEM70G - unless you are using our SkyFi 3 WiFi device.  But, that is not really what you want to hear, as your mount already comes with WiFi.

  I suggest looking at SkySafari 7 Plus/Pro.

  SS7 is more up-to-date regarding all the different built-in mount WiFi protocols on the market.
