How Come USB Is Not Available As An Option On MacOS? (Answer: MacOS Driver Is Required - Read On!)

Hello, 

I try to get my Skywatcher SynScan to work with SkySafari 6 over USB. I have the new Handbox with the USB Port (Printer Cable) turn all on, start SkySafari but don´t get USB in the Menue. I read a similar Post here but don´t get a final input. Have someone an idea?

    Tobias,

    Is USBserial is not an option then you need to install a MacOS specific driver for you USB cable. The driver must be specifically written for your version of MacOS.
