Recently on my laptop SN8 Pro/Plus fails to launch. It gets as far as finishing initialisation and then appears to crash. It had been working on this device before the latest Windows 10 H2 updates. Other OGL programs (Stellarium) seem to work. I wonder if there is a log file or something I can either look at or a file to delete to make it start again.

Owen Brazell Hi Keiron
the system is a Dell XPS 13 7370 running Windows 10 Pro 20H2 64 bit.
The graphics type is Intel UHD graphics full display device - The driver is version 27.20.100.8935. It seems to have everything enabled. I believe the drivers are all up-to-date

Keiron Smith Owen,
When the app crashes there should be a panel with a link that says "What does this report contain?"
Please click that link and paste the contents of the crash report here.
Thanks!

Owen Brazell Hi Keiron. There is no link. The splash screen disappears but the program does not then start. No panels appear There are no processes seen in Task Manager.either.

Owen Brazell Hi Keiron it seems the latest Windows 10 OS update seems to have fixed the issue and, at least for the moment, SN8 is starting again
