  Works for me.  It is a zip file.

  Actually, the issue is that you haven't downloaded the file.  The file is 3.6 MB.

  You file says 0 B.

  The one I downloaded hasn't got the "-2" suffix that yours has in your screenshot.  Is it the same file?  The one in the link above is definitely zero bytes.

  I'm getting the same thing. The zip downloads as a zero byte file.

  Mac OS 12.6.8/ Safari browser 16.6.
