I am trying to install Skysafari 7 Pro (beta version) on my Samsung A12. After download there is a popup which asks to permit entrance of SS7 to the location of the phone. And then the app crashes, ticking on the popup does not give any reaction.
SS7 version number: 7.1.9.1
Phone: Samsung SM-A127F
Android version: 13
What to do?

The app will crash regardless of any option selected?
Can you go to Settings > Apps > SkySafari 7 Pro, choose permissions, and manually enable them?
I enabled all permissions. I could get the popup away with the back arrow of my phone. I then downloaded all the rest, and made the settings the same as in SS6 . SS7 did not pick up "current location". I think this has to do with removing the first popup. So I filled in the coordinates of my city. And then it worked at home on my mount! Well, let's see if it works in the field.
Yesterday night SS7 worked very good in the field with the HAE29. I only wonder why it does not pick up the current location?

Can you please email us a log? Settings/Help/ scroll to the bottom and select 'Email Log File'. Send it to support@simulationcurriculum.com.
If you haven't yet investigated the app permissions in Android settings, please open Android Settings. Then go to Apps/SkySafari 7 Pro and click on the location settings, and turn it on.
