I originally purchased Sky Safari. I then got the Sky Safari Premium trial several weeks later. After several days later I upgraded to Sky Safari 7 plus. At this point, I can not access SSPremium, no doubt because it's tied to the ID from SS, which I don't have anymore. Is there a way to change the "what ever" so that SS Premium works with my SS7 plus? I did try to restore the subscription, but I get "No subscription found for user w/ ID (my ID0"

robert gottschall As I look w/in SS7Plus, then settings, at the top on this page the "Premium" line reports "Not Purchased". (It was automatically purchased on 12/26/2023 with in ITunes Store). When I detect that line, it opens another page showing me the options to purchase SS Premium. If I select "Restore Subscription" I get: "No Subscriptions To Restore - No subscriptions were found for the user with ID: (shows my ID)". I just want SS Premium to be attached to my current SS7Plus.

Please try creating/logging into your LiveSky account within Settings of SkySafari. Then login to the same place within SkySafari Plus. If the premium status isn't recognized automatically, hit Restore.

robert gottschall I created a LiveSky account inside of SS7 Plus. When I detect the link in the email verification step, a web page opens (in my Crome app on my IPhone) to the LiveSky sign in page. I can sign in but can do little because it thinks I only have basic and many places present me with the option of subscribing to LiveSky Premium. When I go back to SS7Plus and detect on LiveSky within settings, it reports that I have basic. If I detect the line for SS Premium within settings and then detect restore subscription, it reports that there are no subscriptions to restore with my ID. Thanks for trying.
