What is the difference between Starry Night Special Edition and other SN products?

There seems to many features lacking in SNSE when trying to follow the Users Guide. Users Guide states that various functions are on the meanu but they are absent on SNSE.

  Hi Lawrence,

   

  Orion Special Edition is same as CSAP - Complete Space & Astronomy Program - except that Orion Special Edition also includes telescope control.

  Can I get some help setting up my SNsOe on my lxd55 mount , I ve had this for 2 yrs. and missing out . I was using phd2  to guide my 8 in. Orion Astrograph but, I need to get this software up and going in order to control from my basement. HELP !
