How do I load Pro 6 successfully?

Pro 6 cannot find the required support files to load from Ascom & elsewhere, so it shuts down. I do not get the benefit of the upgrade. Can you supply the appropriate information so that I can remain confident in your product?

    1.  What is the last thing you see and do before encountering difficulty?
    2.  What OS are you running?
    3,  If there is any error message, what exactly does it say?  Attach a screenshot if it helps.

    Hi Keiron,

           Win 8.1 64 bit  I5Quad core - 8 gig ram, Kogan Atlas X1510 laptop, intel HD graphics card

           I get as far as the necessary downloads, which includes Ascom 5.5 and another program. It tells me it cannot find the required files, then stops there, so one has to shut down & reboot. I paid for this upgrade last year, but have had no satisfaction. At that time, I tried to upgrade on my desktop - quad core , 16 G ram, etc. Enthusiast runs quite happily, but cannot run Pro 6 for the same reason. The laptop was chosen for portability use with the HEQ5 setup in mind. I have gone to the Ascom site which shows only version 6 software; not much help there.

    Are you installing form a disc or a download?
