LiveSky.com | Unable To Login Using Microsoft Edge And Issues Logging In Using A VPN (Solution: VPN Has To Be Disabled At This Time)

My issue is partially fixed since I no longer get a blank screen when accessing live livesky.com, I now cannot get past the Login screen. I'll enter my email and password and when I click on the Login button I see green borders around both the email address and password for a few milliseconds. I then get another blank Login screen. No error messages are generated.

    Just experienced a windows update and am now getting a blank page when attempting to get on livesky.com (same as original problem). I've tried both Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer. Same results on both.

    Update to previous posts: After tinkering around I found that using my VPN (Private Internet Access) has to be disabled to get past the blank screen problem. Don't understand why this is a problem, but it needs to be resolved since I am using an open network when observing night skies. Beyond that when trying to access SkySafari Web, It tries to load but fails. While I do not get a error message, it will just indicate that it's loading the 1.0.4 version but never finishes (I've waited about 5 minutes now).

    Thanks for the updates!  We're looking into it.  Can you tell me what version of Windows you are using?

    For the record, that's the same problem I have with SkySafari Web and Microsoft Edge - non-stop loading message.
