SkySafari 5 Pro | iPad iOS 9 Cannot Email Saved Settings File (Solution: More Info Required)

I have an old iPad 3 running iOS 9. I've tried numerous times to email a saved settings file in Sky Safari 5 for iPad in order to import it into my Sky Safari 6 for iPad. The email comes up with the attached file, I push send and hear the iPad send "whoosh" but nothing ever arrives to the email address I entered. 

Can anyone help?

    Can you send email to the same address from the Mail app on the iPad?
