 If I purchase Skysafari Plus for Android can I install it on both my phone and tablet or do I have to pay twice to do that?

  The Google Play license allows you to install it on all you devices as long as they use the same Google account ID.

  So no way to install it on an iPad after purchasing it for an Android phone from Google Play without buying it a second time. Ah, the price paid for not being faithful to one platform...
