I hosted a group observing session on the 36" at McDonald Observatory. Prior to the event we collectively created a list of interesting objects in SS6 that the group wanted to see. We worked about 2/3 of the list throughout the night checking each object off as we observed it. I have requests to provide our observing log to members of our group and while I can send the list I can't seem to find the "include observations" option previously featured in SkySafari 5. How do I do this in SkySafari 6???

Bill Tschumy Gary,
This is currently only possible in LiveSky. Assuming you have made a LiveSky account:
1. Go to "livesky.com" and click on Observing Lists
2. click the list you want to export.
3. Use the Share button to sent the list itself.
4. Use the Export Observations Button to export the observed objects in the list (this downloads a file called ObservingLogs.csv)

Gary Carter I'll check this out. While the sharing across my personal devices was made more or less seamless, sharing with others seems more difficult.

Gary Carter Is OAG recognized by SkySafari 6? Is that what I should use to share a partially completed list with a colleague?

Gary Carter Sorry, OAL, not OAG...

Keiron Smith Yes, Open Astronomy Log (OAL) is recognized by SkySafari 6. Thanks!
