Is The H-R Diagram Installed If The App Only Says It Is Purchased? (Answer: Yes - With The H-R Diagram There Is No Download Needed So We Just Show "Purchased")

Hi. I purchased the in app interactive H-R diagrams. When I go to settings, the app shows has purchased but not installed. The other two in app purchases show installed. How do I get it to install?

    David,

    Sorry, this might be a bit confusing.  With the add-on catalogs, there is an additional download that happens and then it is shown as installed.  Before the download, it would be shown as purchased.  With the H-R Diagram there is no download needed so we just show "Purchased".  You should be good to go.

    I’m having a similar problem. I purchased the H-R Diagram recently but it does not show up on the Settings menu. Clicking on the Restore Purchases button does nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice to no avail. I tried purchasing the app again, but I get an error saying it is already purchased. This is on an iPhone SE. Help!

    John,

    If you go to "Settings > In-App Purchases", does the H-R Diagram say it is "Purchased".  If not, are you sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID as you used for the in-app purchase?

    The Settings menu does not say “purchased”. When I attempted to purchase the app again, I got an error indicating I had already purchased the app. I only have one Apple ID so I believe the account information is the same.

    Not really sure what is happening.  I would try reinstalling the app to see if that fixes things.  If you have a LiveSky account that you signed up for, all your observing lists and saved settings will be restored when you log in again.
