What data is refreshed by "Refresh Data" command (Command-R)?

In the Sky Safari Pro 6 menu, there is a "Refresh Data" command (Command-R).  What data is being refreshed?

  It forces a sync with the LiveSky server.  Normally a sync happen about every 30 seconds, but this is force an immediate one.  It syncs observing lists, observations, saved settings, equipment, sessions, and observing sites.
