Greetings, I signed up for the 2 week trial version of LiveSky to run it on my Dell Windows 10 Laptop but LiveSky is telling me that I need SkySafri 6 and all I have is SkySafri 5 Pro for android. So my question is, can I run LiveSky on my Windows 10 Laptop without buying the Apple version of SkySafri 6 as I run Windows 10 and android phones? The work around that I have been using to run SkySafri 5 Pro on my Windows 10 Laptop has been to use the Emulator AmiDuOS to run SkySafri 5 Pro on my Windows 10 Laptop. I thought that LiveSky was suppose to work on Windows 10 and so if it does how do I go about it using what I have available to me now (i.e.) Windows 10 and SkySafri 5 Pro for android? Thank you

Dave Whipps Michael,
Try logging out, then logging in again if you've signed up for the free trial, but don't have access to all of the features. When you have "LiveSky Premium" (including just the free trial), you should have access to almost every feature. What do you see when you click on "SkySafari Web" on the left? What about "Observations?"
In terms of getting access to your SkySafari 5 data, there isn't a lot you can do just yet. LiveSky interacts only with our cloud servers, which don't store data from V5. You'll have to wait for V6 on Android, which is due out at the end of August.
Once V6 is out, you will be able to easily migrate your existing V5 data into V6, which will then in turn be accessible via LiveSky.

Michael White Thanks Dave, that did it. Now I need to find out how to adjust the Magnitude settings and where to find them, the rest of the settings are pretty much like 5 Pro, am I correct in this?

Dave Whipps The magnitude settings are not yet available on LiveSky. It's something we're planning on adding in an upcoming version. Stay tuned.
