SkySafari stops tracking after few second if screen is on. If screen is off everything seems to be OK (I need more time to check). Energy saving (smartphone) is off.

What do you mean that it "stops tracking". Do you mean the mount stops tracking? Have you used SkySafari 5? Is the behavior different there?
Yes. The mount stops tracking. SS5 Pro has the same problem. Only if screen is on and SkySafari active. The same with Samsung Galaxy Note 13.3 tablet.

I'm using SynScan Pro and SS6 Pro. After alignment, mount connected to the SynScan Pro tracks the stars, doesn't matter if S8+ of Galaxy Note screen is on or off (I switch screen off, if I watch e.g. Jupiter for a while, with power button). It is different with SkySafari 6 Pro. If I choose for for example Jupiter and click on GoTo, mount goes to Jupiter, track it for few seconds and then stops tracking. If I choose for Jupiter and click on GoTo and then switch the screen off with power button everything is fine. Is it clear enough? If not, please don't hesitate to ask.

I am having problems with the app , works ok bus keeps disconnecting the connection to the SynScan I have to skip back to the skywatcher app to do the goto, then go back to SkySafari and the app connects again, and then it happens again so I'm having to skip back and forth between apps, Samsung Galaxy A40 Android 9?
A bug somewhere?

I'm using Android 9 with Samsung Galaxy A20. Initially I was facing the same problem. Even if I changed the setup of smathphone energy safe for Synscan, the problem was in place. Then I decided - during observing sessions - to use my Samsung toghether with a powerbank and the problem was solved! I think there is a bug within Android 9 which doesn't permanently close the energy safe setting for Synscan app.
