Will SkySafari connect to a non GoTo Takahashi EM200 Temma2M? (Answer: Yes it will!)

In searching the "answers" database I do not find any explicit statement that SkySafari and SkyFi 3 will interface and control a Takahashi EM200 Temma2M mount. There are references to WIFI and Bluetooth but seem to imply some GoTo capability existing in the mount itself. Would run SkySafari on Android device.

My mount has ascii connector and guide connector.

  Hi Ron,

  You may think that your scope is non GoTo because there is no GoTo on the basic hand controller.  But your mount has GoTo capability via the serial port.  Along with a Temma serial cable (which we do not sell) you will be able to connect with SkySafari + SkyFi 3 or SkyBT or Skywire.

  I have confirmed this with Bill Tschumy, our SkySafari developer who is also a Tak Temma mount owner.
