Vixen Skysensor 2000PC cable to Skyfi III

Does anyone have a recommended cable or spec for connecting a Skfi 3 unit to a Vixen Skysensor 2000 PC controller? I assume I would have to go from the mini din to the 9 pin sub D on the SkyFi, and I believe it needs to be a crossover cable but would rather buy a properly built cable than attempt anything myself.

    This turned our to be relatively simple in the end. I sent the diagram in the Skysensor 2000PC manual off to a cable supplier I found on eBay offering similar products, and mentioning custom cables, and they built me one to the spec. I got it today and it works perfectly. Problem solved.
