The power connector on my SkyFi 3 has now broken - it's loose and rattling around inside the box. And the battery will not hold a charge for 2 weeks (as questioned but never fully answered in a separate post last November). So I need to know if it can be repaired, including both the power connector and the battery. Please advise cost, time and warranty.

We do not repair SkyFi 3 units outside of the 1 year warranty. If you purchased within the last year we can send you an RMA and replace the unit. If you purchased beyond one year then we can offer a discount on another SkyFi 3 unit. Or, you can try a DIY repair yourself.
