Why When Choosing "All" Radio Button Does SkySafari 6.3.0 Pro Only Shows Unobserved Objects In List? (Answer: Fixed In Update)

Downloaded the latest update to SkySafari Pro today Version 6.3.0

I like the feature where you can display the entire list, only observed objects, or only unobserved objects.  While working on one of my lists, suddenly my list of 108 objects now only shows 10 objects total.  The rest are missing.

    As additional information:

I had previously created observations for 96 out of the 108 objects in this observing list.  With the new update, I clicked the unobserved radio button and was creating new observations for a few of the remaining objects.  Sometime during the night I clicked the "all" radio button and only the unobserved objects were left in the list.  The list now is down to 10 objects.

If I go to one of my previously observed objects and view its observations, the observation belonging to the list is still there.  It is very confusing.

    Joe,

You have found what looks like a serious bug.  Please don't create observations while the list is displayed in "Show Unobserved".  I will get a fix out ASAP.

We will have to investigate how to get your data back (assuming it is important).  We may have to restore it from the backup.  Let me get a fix out first.

Joe, we released a 6.3.1 update yesterday that fixes this issue.  If you would like us to restore that observing list to its pre-deleted state, I will need the email address you use with LiveSky and the name of the list.  Please send to bill@simcur.com.
