Paid 39.99 on my ipad but now cant use on my new ipad. Will not be paying again!

Inpaid 39.99 on my other ipad, i have now bought a new ipad and i can no longer use my sky safari pro. I loved the app so its a shame i wont be purchasing again. Will not be recommending to anyone if this is what happens when you purchase new devicesI

    I concur. It works fine on my phone, but it doesn’t show up on my iPad..Wants me to purchase it again, WTF?😏

    Please look in the App Store > Purchased category.

    All your previously purchased apps are always available for download again, provided the OS is supported.

    Hi, yeah, done that. All that shows up on the iPad is the old Sky Safari 5

    In the iPad App Store , on the sky safari app page, it shows I’ve already purchased the in-app purchases, but still wants me to purchase the app

    Hi yes mine shows up but does not have the option to download again. I think the problem may be it was an older ios and now you have updated the sky safari pro app mine just doesnt work which is pretty disappointing as 39.99 is a lot of money for an app. All other apps i’ve owned once purchased update for free, i dont see why i should end up paying nearly £80 one app. Great app though it is.

    Again, previously purchased apps are always available for download from the App Stores.  If you can't access the app then one of the following is true:

    • You are not looking in the right place.
    • The previous version of SkySafari is not supported on your current OS.  This would affect SS3 for sure.

    You are welcome to attach a screenshot of where you are looking in the AppStore, and what the app shows where you have found it.

    As i said i believe the problem is that it has been updated from my previous device ios and now i have purchased a new device i cannot use the app i previously purchased

    As Keiron mentioned, SkySafari 3 is too old and would not be supported on a recent version of iOS.

    As I was saying, SS3 cannot be used on the latest versions of iOS.  We have since released SS4, SS5 and now SS6.
