Starry Night 8 is not just yet fully-compatible with the latest macOS release 10.15 Catalina.  

Starry Night 8 will be fully compatible with macOS 10.15 Catalina.  

I will update this post with an ETA when I have a timeline for development.

But, for now, if Starry Night on macOS is important to your daily observing please do not update to Catalina.

SN7 will be affected by this issue as well.

  Thanks for the update Keiron. I can't wait to upgrade to Catalina, but Starry Night compatibility was  worth the wait :)
