Where Is The Telescope Menu Icon In SkySafari 6 Pro (Answer: Scroll/Swipe The Main Toolbar Left)

My Sky Safari 6 Pro does not have a “telescope” icon. I can’t connect with my telescope.

  Hi Bill, 

  1. What OS are you using?
  2. In portrait mode, some of the main toolbar menu options are hidden unless you scroll/swipe the bar left.  Is that the issue?

  12.4.1

  It won’t swipe left and won’t display in landscape mode. It remains in portrait mode when the iPad is rotated.

  Settings > Appearance & Behavior > Allow Auto Rotation

  I don’t find that menu option. Nevertheless, I can get into landscape display in other apps.

  I can get to the icon on my iPhone. Apparently this is an iPad problem. I will download the latest os and try again.

  I installed 13.2.3. I found the menu option and made the change. I still can’t swipe the icons. I don’t have the telescope (or the compass) icon in either the portrait or the landscape display.

  1. Please attach a screenshot of your tool bar in landscape mode.
  2. Please attach a screenshot of the Help > SkySafari app and version number (scroll down to see this)
