Aloha! I recently upgraded to SkySafari Pro and SkyWeek stopped working after the upgrade. All I see is a black screen with the "spinning loading" symbol. The issue is the same on my iPhone and on my iPad. Both devices showed SkyWeek properly before the upgrade to Pro. Can you help?

Keiron Smith Hi,
What OS are you running?
Thanks!
-
Dr. Frankenkeim Hey - I am running iOS 13.3.1 on my iPhone and iOS 12.4.4 on my iPad. Both devices stopped refreshing SkyWeek post the upgrade and both devices worked with SkyWeek before the upgrade with the same iOS versions.

Dean Same thing here with SkySafari Pro 6.6.4.10. Just get the spinning "gear" loading indicator.
iOS 13.3.1, on a brand new iPhone 11 Pro.

Keiron Smith Thanks, we will get this fixed asap!

Lawrence Conklin I'm having essentially the same problem, but the details are a little different. When I invoke the SkyWeek function, I get an error message: "Unable to download this week's events. Please check your internet connection"
I'm using SkySafari 6 Plus, running under Android 8.1.0. I have had no problems connecting to the internet with any other app on the phone,

Bill Gibson It might be on the Sky & Telescope side. I use the iOS Skyweek plus app, which quit updating after February. It was a fine service, but something is going on.

Fredrik Svanström Hi! Any update on this issue? Using Skysafari 6 plus and Android 10.3.2. Thanks!

Lawrence Conklin Still no change in the problem as of this morning (3/24/20). The last successful download I had was for the week of 1/31 - 2/8. I think that Bill Gibson is probably right. I am a subscriber of Sky and Telescope, and receive their weekly newsletter via e-mail. There has been no interruption of the "This Week's Sky at a Glance" column that is included each week in the newsletter, which provides the same material that was available via the SkySafari app. But for at least the past month, when I try to open the Sky and Telescope web page via a pretty old bookmark (www.skypub.com), the page request times out, and I am unable to connect.
I suspect that both problems are attributable to some sort of update to the website address for Sky and Telescope site, and also to the address used to obtain the weekly Sky at a Glance information. The latter will likely require an update to SkySafari to get it to the correct web address for the data.

Keiron Smith Hi Stargazers,
The issue originates with Sky & Telescope. We are working with them on a long-term solution. However, this work is not a simple fix. Please be patient. We will get this up and running as soon as possible.
Thanks!

Hknfelix1 Hi Keiron Smith,
I got the same Skyweek issue here couple months, and seems like Skyweek disappears in SkySafari6 on my Android, as I just checked back today.
Please advise, thanks.

Chris It looks like skyweek functionality has been replaced by 'Calendar' of events. Working fine now.
-
Hknfelix1 Thank you, Chris!

Lawrence Conklin The new Calendar function replaces SkyWeek in the latest update to the Android version, but it still isn't working properly in Android. In a response to my post about the problem in the Android thread, I was informed that there is still a bug in the Calendar function, and that they are working on a fix.

chris h I am on version 4.4.7 which I purchased a while back and I'm using Android 11. I also have this issue and I see that the fix is to use the calendar. However, I do not see a calendar with my version. How do I get the calendar? Do I have to re-purchase the app?
