A request (submitting a ticket) is a one-on-one discussion.
A post (in the community forums) is a one-to-many discussion.
In order to maximize company resources it is essential that all telescope configuration and troubleshooting queries, along with how to use the app type questions are posted in the appropriate community forums where future users seeking the same or similar answers can self-serve their own support.
A request via ticket is reserved for discussions where private information may be shared between the customer (usually educational teachers, students, IT departments) and the company.
