Ok I have orion 12 xti

Is the proper procedure to align with hand controller first then turn on the skyfi 3  module .?

If so doing also need to align again with my skysari 6pro software?

Just looking for proper procedure  also is there a optional cable to charge or run off a 12 volt field batt.?

 

Any tips I would be grateful

  Hi Emil, 

  Turn on scope, turn on SkyFi 3, align scope using hand controller.  Then connect via SkySafari 6 Pro.

  No further alignment will be required.

  SkyFi3 has a rechargeable battery.  You can charge it while it is in operation.  Please read the SkyFi 3 Quick Start guide.
