Why Are Recently Updated And Viewed Comets Disappearing From The Database In SkySafari 6 Plus On iOS? (Answer: Needs Path To Reproduction)

Dear Sir, I try to find new comet C/2019 Y4 but I could not find it? I try to upgrade Minor body orbit data and it’s back for some time, after awhile it gone again! I also try to reinstall skysafari 6 pro but it will normal only in short term. Does this normal ? What could I fix this bug?

  Comet database only exist before C/2018, I could not search comet after 2019

  I'm able to find it in SS6 Pro. See screen shots below. Try going to Search > Brightest Comets

  In a desktop version of this website, above the comment box, there's an icon for inserting image.  

   

  Can you attach a list of the Brightest Comets from your screen?

  I  try to search for C/2019 object but it could not find and the also the observing list for reference..

  The observing list items are added when I upgrade the database. It could exist for a while...

  Hi, are you still experience this issue? - that is, you update the Minor Planet objects (by going to Settings-Solar System (scroll to bottom)) - then Comet Y4 Atlas is visible but later it disappears?  Thank you.

  So The way to find the data I need just update it when I need the info
