How To Fix SkySafari License Verification Fail Messages From Google Servers (Answer: Read On!)

I downloaded SkySafari 6 Pro and started setup the app. when a notice pops up say "Unfortunately, SkySafari 6 Pro has stopped." This happens everytime I try to set up.I PAID £39.99 for this app. So far I am not impressed with this app.

    1. What OS?
    2. What device/computer?
    3. Please delete, reboot, reinstall SS6 Pro

    Now it says LicenseVerification Failed.

    Unable to verify the license for this copy of SkySafari Pro.

    You must purchase the app on Google Play if you haven't already done so.

    I have a Samsung S5 Mini. Andoid Version 6.0.1  Model Number SM-G800F

    Hi Ken, 

    License Verification Fail is an issue related to Google servers. This has nothing to do with us. We can not fix it for you. But, the good news is that this kind of error message usually resolves on its own within 24-48 hrs. So, just try it again tomorrow and it will probably be working.

    Make sure you have Android Location Services switched ON.

    If the error message does not fix itself within 48 hours please contact Google Play Support

    Hi Keiron, yes the license issue has resolved itself. But the first issue that it can't find the wifi Dobson Dream 8 Push to Go and it keeps saying that it has stopped working, that problem still exists.. I have been on YouTube and watched a video about installing the Dobson Dream 8, then it goes on to show it being installed into SkySafari 6 Pro and I have followed it to the letter and still it will not work!

    I had followed what you have said in an earlier communication and still it will not work. I had just a bit of grey hair before, I'm snow white now, and even less hair where I have torn it off in frustration!

    To be clear, the Dobson Dream 8 Push To Go WiFi is not our product, we have never used one, and the manufacturer never consulted us regarding implementation.  So, we are not officially supporting this product.  You will have to contact the Dobson Dream 8 Push To Go WiFi manufacturers for support.

    However, if you post in our forums you may someone in our community has successfully configured one of these and can assist.
