How Do I See And Image Of M13 Using Starry Night Enthusiast 8? (Answer: Read On!)

Could you tell me why M13 and M92 don't appear in the attached screenshot?

and...

Why do I have to click the Starry Night Taskbar icon three times, instead of the usual once, to get the Starry Night window to come to the front?

I'm glad it works for you. I would like to know how to make it work for me!

You can see all the options I have selected for in the right side pane.  Have you checked to confirm you have the same?

Can you share a screenshot like mine, with M13 centred, and the side pane options open, like mine?

Here is another screenshot. M13 should appear near HIP81848.

Did you search for M13?  Search "M13", and from the results, choose to "Center" and then "Magnify" M13.

No, I didn't do that because that assumes I already know the name of the object I am looking for. What I wanted to do was search an area of sky and see what objects are there. Unfortunately SN 8 doesn't seem to be able to do this.

No matter. Please close this issue. I have requested a refund of my purchase.
