  Upper right of app the hour is repeated twice. Confusing.

  I see it also.

  Additionally, I see an extra hours digit in the time control panel at the bottom of the screen.

  Also, in the time control panel, minutes are underlined when selecting seconds, and hours are underlined when selecting minutes. The extra digit is underlined when selecting hours.

  I’m impacted by this too. Definitely wasn’t there before 6.7.3 update.
