Callisto is actually physically one hour ahead of what Starry Night Pro4 says. I confirmed this last night with the arrival of it's moon shadow whilst imaging. Can this be rectified somehow?

  Starry Night Pro 4 is more than 15 years old.  It is outdated and unsupported.  Please upgrade to SN8.
