Latest Updates Shows An Extra Hours Digit In The Time Control Panel (Answer: We Are Working On It!)

I'm getting an extra digit, either a "0" or "1" between the year and the hour in the time function for my SkySafari Pro on my iPad. The selected (underscored) time unit does not correspond to the time unit in the selection box, it's shifted to the left. For example, this new extra digit is now the hour selection, and it's not possible to select the seconds in the time.
The extra digit of "0" or "1" changes every 12 hours, either at 12 am/pm or 1 am/pm. I don't know if I did something to cause this. I tried deleting the app from my iPad and reinstalling but same problem. Hope someone can help.

I have SkySafari Pro v6; I have experienced the same problem in all of my Apple devices including iPhone 6s, iPhone XR, iPad Pro 11 inch and iPad Pro 12.9 inch. (IOS 13.6.1).

I tried deleting the SSP v6 app and reinstalling ... no change, still indicating the extra zero or one in the time field.
