My phone just recently updated to iOS 14.2, since then I can't open Sky Safari 6 Plus. I checked the App Store and I have the latest version. When I try launching the app the logo screen opens, then disappears. I've rebooted my phone and still no luck. Any ideas?? Thanks!

Keiron Smith Matt,
Please reinstall the app.
Thx!

Matt McLeod In order to re-install, don't I need to delete the app? And if so, won't I lose all my data? Observations list/locations etc.

Keiron Smith If you are logged into LiveSky, all your data is backed up to our cloud. When you reinstall and login to LiveSky again, all your data will re-sync.
Are you using LiveSky? Log into LiveSky.com to confirm your data is in the cloud, and have peace of mind.
Thx!

Matt McLeod I don't have an account. I just signed up now. Guess I'll wait for an app update, because I really don't want to lose my data. Hopefully if I do an update all will be fixed and I'll still have my data... if that works, I'll then link to my LiveSky account. In the meantime I'll get by with the free app. Thanks.

Keiron Smith If you sign into LiveSky via SkySafari all your data will automagically sync to the cloud. After 20 mins check in LiveSky.com. Confirm all your data is synced in LiveSky.com. Then you can reinstall.
