[Installer]* Why Does The PGC Extension Database IAP Fail To Install On iOS 14?

I purchased the PGC Extension database for SkySafari 6 Pro on my IPhone and it starts to download but stops and it doesn’t seem to finish. If I go off of the screen and go back in, it looks like it wasn’t purchased at all and the $2.99 price is shown. If I restore purchases or try to repurchase, it does the same thing all over again. The purchase does show up as purchased by Apple. My phone is iPhoneXr and I have over 35 GB free space. Please help. Thank you.

    1. What version of iOS are you using?
    2. In SkySafari > Help > Scroll to the bottom > what version of SS6 Pro?

    Please try the following.

    1. Restore purchases.
    2. Let the IAPs restore (incompletely) as you have seen previously.
    3. When it looks like the restore process has stalled/ended, instead of pressing the Restore Purchases button again press the Done button instead.
    4. Return to SkySafari Settings page.
    5. Then check SkySafari In-App Purchases again.

    What happens?  Please attach screenshots.

    Then, please try the instructions again.

    As you can see in the linked post, following the instructions made a difference for Ted.

    I know you already did it, and nothing changed.  But, please play with it again.  It could be that the issue is not one of installation, but of UI/UX messaging.

    I did the procedure again exactly as described (multiple times) and am sorry to say it is not working for me. I have the same result.

    Hi All, 

    If you have yet to do so please try installing your IAPs again and let us know what happens.

    Make sure you are updated to the latest version of SS6 Pro first.

    Hello Keiron,

    It seems that the extension databases installed just fine (yay!). However, I went ahead and purchased the Apollo Lunar Missions add-on and I cannot find how the tool gets launched. I have reviewed some of the other posts and do not have any success. I am wondering if it installed correctly.

    Can you please help me? Here is a screenshot of what I see.
