Just got celetron that included the basic edition however, I have eight digit code and only wants 6? Anyone help please? Thx

  Same here but ours is a 7-digit code.

  The Celestron code and access instructions are printed on a card packed within the telescope carton.

  If the card is missing/used/invalid/misprinted you must contact Celestron directly to receive a replacement.

  They will ask you for proof of purchase.
