How To Setup Custom Equipment For A QHYCCD EQ Pole Master Camera? (User Needs Help)

Purchased a QHYCCD EQ pole master camera. Wanted to set it up in SkySafari 6 Pro, but under QHYCCD dropdown menu, there is no such thing as a pole master EQ. I am also unsure of exactly what the dimensions given refer to exactly.
