Sky Safari Pro 6 installed on iPhone SE 2, iOS 14.6. Audio tour has stopped working. I have tried a hard reset, force quitting the app, and ensuring the audio output is the iPhone speaker. Thanks!

I can't reproduce this issue. We have not updated the app recently.
SkySafari 7 Pro is now for sale, at a 50% discount. We have no reports of this issue on SS7.

Thanks for the opportunity to try this out on SS7! I have found that the sound issue is completely resolved. In both SS6 Pro and SS7 Pro, when selecting audio for an object, if the phone is in silent mode, the audio will not play (probably as designed). The audio icon visually changes as if audio is playing, but there is no audio. After turning silent mode off, all app audio works as it should. When I first reported the issue, I don't recall if I had tried turning silent mode off, but I believe that's something I would have tried. While troubleshooting, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times and reset all my iPhone settings. Anyway, it's now working as advertised. Thank you for the excellent support!
