How Come SkySafari 5 Plus, SkySafari 6 Pro & SkyPortal Are Not Working? (Answer: Google Made Changes - Reinstall The Apps To Fix The StartUp Issue)

These products have stopped to work on my Samsung Galaxy A50 phone.

The SkySafari 5 plus reports a "License Verification Failed...." message while SkySafari 6 pro and SkyPortal don't start at all.

If I disable the internet connection all the products can start but SkySafari 6 pro doesn't show any sky object. Is it a Google server problem?

Do I need Internet to work with the above software applications?

    Hello Fabio,

    Yes, you need Internet to do the License Verification and download data.

    Try with Internet connection enabled, if after that you have any problem let us know.

    Thank you for helping me.

    With Internet connection enabled I still have the problems.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled SkyPortal, because it's free. It work well now. 

    Since I bought the SkySafari 5 Plus and the SkySafari 6 Pro licenses, I am afraid of losing them, so I didn't go through the same procedure. Let me know if it is possible to uninstall and then reinstall applications without paying for licenses again. I don't understand what happened to all 3 applications at the same time. For SkySafari 5 Plus I see a license access problem while for SkySafari 6 Pro a restart withou any message.

    I don't understand what happened to all 3 applications at the same time

    • It is due to a generalized change made by Google

    I have unistalled and then installed again the applications. Everything is fine now.
