"Show selected object path" date range option ?

Hi 

I am looking at the path of comet C/2021 A1 (Leonard) in sky safari and it really looks a little confusing in the screen (see attached screen shot). I wish I had an option to select a date range to show, so only the interesting dates (December in this case) are displayed.
